PRODUCT RETURN / CANCELLATION POLICY
1. WITHDRAWAL - CANCELLATION OF ORDER (IMMEDIATELY BEFORE PROCESSING AND SHIPPING THE PRODUCT)
The customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract after the finalization of the order, ie within 8 hours BEFOREthe processing and shipping of the products.

C) Our COMPANY will send a confirmation of receipt of the customer return / change statement, as soon as it arrives to us, to the customer's email address along with a change / return approval code and at the same time will contact him to indicate how to to which the return product will be returned.
The customer must return the product exactly in the condition in which it was received. The returned product should not have been widely used, should be in excellent condition ("as new"), just before sale, in its complete original packaging (box, nylon, foam, etc.) which they should not have any tears or damage, ie in excellent condition and with all the contents of the original packaging (instruction forms, features and guarantees, cards, etc., completed the "special return / change form" together with the approval number and the purchase document).
It is pointed out that each product should be managed in the way that the customer would manage it and examine it in a physical store, in order to determine its nature, characteristics and function. Managing a product that is different from the description above will not be accepted. It is understood that the products must not have undergone any treatment or be worn / worn / soiled.
The customer in case of change, will NOT be charged with the cost of returning the goods and if he bought the product with an invoice, he must return it with a Shipping-Return Product. In case of cancellation will be charged the cost of shipping / return of goods. This expense will be offset against the amount to be reimbursed.
In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the COMPANY has the right to demand compensation from the customer and to proceed unilaterally and without any other offset of its claim against the customer.
In case of cancellation of the transaction, the COMPANY is obliged to return the price received, interest-free, within a maximum of 10 working days from the receipt of the products. He has the right to delay the return of money until he receives the goods back.
• The refund to the customer will be:

PRODUCT RETURNS DUE TO A REAL DEFECT - LACK OF REASONABLE PROPERTY
The COMPANY is obliged to deliver the goods with the agreed properties and without real defects, according to article 5 of Law 2251/1994 and articles 534 et seq. Of the Civil Code.

In this case, the costs of returning the products to the COMPANY as well as the costs of return to the customer are borne by the COMPANY, as long as the method of return proposed by the COMPANY is observed, and within 14 days from the receipt of the wrong products.
Otherwise the procedure to be followed is the same as that applicable to the terms of product change.
DISCLAIMER OF ORDER RECEIPT
In case the customer places an electronic order, and while it has been sent to him, he refuses to receive it for some reason, then he is charged entirely with the shipping costs of sending and returning. In this case, the COMPANY deducts the specific costs from the amount that it is obliged to reimburse.
In any case, and regardless of the above, the COMPANY reserves the right to appeal to justice in order to claim damages that may have arisen as a result of refusal of acceptance, indifference to accept the purchase or similar act on the part of the Customer.
CANNOT BE RETURNED-CHANGE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
• In PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS (Advertising) that are clearly marked on mirabiliashop.com.
• Products that are not eligible for return, for health or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery, such as personal care items (eg headphones, hands free, hair brushes, cosmetics, underwear , creams, cosmetics, rubber bands, swimwear, etc.).

OTHER USEFUL TERMS
